Today is the bid day! Our new game has been submitted to the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace and we couldn’t be more excited! The name is Monster Up and it’s a vertical jumper on steroids. Similar games have been on various platforms in the past (like Doodle Jump on the iOS or Birdy Bounce on WP7) but we strongly believe that this will blow everything else out of the water. The description for the game reads:
The little monsters in Trello Land want to go as high as possible and have as much fun as possible at the same time! Join them and help them! Get monster stars and unlock new monsters with your jumping skills. Can you get to the end and find out what lies beyond?
Features:
-7 different platforms
-moving platforms
-3 different fun bonus items to collect
-high scores
-6 unique amazing monsters to unlock
-great art and animation by Sounas Design
-unlimited fun for the whole family with random smart level design – a brand new level designed just for you every time you start a new game
-unbelievably addictive
-will make your day, any day!
The game will be on the Action & Adventure category of the Marketplace in a few days, link will follow. We will post a nice video of the gameplay pretty soon, for now here are a few teasers…
We have 2 major reasons to do what we just did. First is the holidays reason of course, Christmas is upon us and the second is our second awesome game that is going to be available in a few days. Details will come soon…
So what did we do? Well, from today until the beginning of 2011, you can get Tetrada for just $0.99. This is the lowest price we’ve set for the game so far, so go grab it while you have the chance. Click on the orange button on the right column for a download link or use the Microsoft Tag Reader to scan the tag directly.
This is a review from WMPowerUser comparing all the available Tetrominoes games on the Windows Phone Marketplace. Tetrada 1.3 was included in the review, and although the triple priced official Tetris (TM) game got first place thanx to the bulk of features it provides, Tetrada won a very respectable second place, above all other Tetrominoes games out there. Not bad at all, and I am sure that with future updates like in-game music, better gestures and alternative game modes we might just win first place next time.
